How do I receive the products I have purchased?
All of the products we offer are provided in a digital format and are emailed to you using the email address you provide during the checkout process.
How often should I do the guided meditation I have purchased?
We recommend meditating daily and advise using each meditation for a period of 30 days to maximise it’s benefits. Meditations such as the ‘Grounding’, ‘Connecting with your Intuition’ and ‘Getting into the Vortex’ Meditations are tools to assimilate into your life as a daily practice on an ongoing basis.
I have purchased a guided meditation and haven’t received my download email.
Once your purchase has been made an email with the purchase is automatically sent to the email you used during the checkout process, this is either the email you entered when making the purchase or the email address linked to your PayPal/Pay Fast account. Please check your email inbox as well as your trash, spam or junk folders as you may have an email filter service directing unrecognized email to those folders. If you still have not received the email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org – bear in mind the time delays across time zones and allow 24 hours for us to respond to your query.
How do I download a meditation I purchased to a Smart Phone, Android or Tablet?
All downloads are recorded in an MP3 format, we advise referring to the technical manual provided for your mobile device to identify how to download MP3 files on your specific mobile platform.
Do you offer a secure checkout system for online purchases?
Yes, we offer two payment systems, both are highly reputable. We use PayPal and Pay Fast as our checkout providers to allow you a more varied choice.
If don’t have a PayPal or Pay Fast account can I still shop on this site?
Yes, you can. Both payment options available on this site, namely PayPal and Pay Fast, offer features for you to check out with a debit or credit card. In order to do so you will need to follow the PayPal / Pay Fast checkout system and will be offered the option to pay with PayPal / Pay Fast or pay with a debit or credit card. Choose the option you required and complete the order.
What is your refund policy?
