Before you can do any manifesting, you need to clear blocks in your chakras, making sure they are balanced and free from any programming or blocks that will hold you back and keep you from manifesting your desires.
It is important to do this cleansing meditation every day until you are experiencing a significant shift in your life. How long will that be? Everyone is different, so I cannot give you a definite number of days.
I suggest trying to work it into your bedtime routine – the aim at bedtime is to not have any screen time for 2-hours before bed so that you have an optimal night’s sleep. This allows you the opportunity to incorporate meditation into your routine.
I advise listening to and working through the meditation daily at first, and then work at implementing whichever of the other tools and techniques suit your lifestyle in order to continue to raise your vibration to a level where manifestation is possible.
